Refunds take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, based upon method of payment & proper notification, which should include full name & 16 digit Paypal or Google receipt number by email for your protection. Above is a good video, even though it doesn’t address the quick release FRONT WHEEL that is more likely to be stolen than the back. But I guess that in Europe the wheels are bolted on. The BEST way is locking both wheels & the frame like described below!

Take the front wheel off, lock it to the rear and something stationary & sturdy. Like in this image, use the section of the rear wheel where it’s inside the frame. U locks can be used this way too! But people get lazy. It should be a tight fit to lock it. Many seats are quick release too!
